Return & Exchange Policy – Nedhaaga

Thank you for shopping with Nedhaaga. We aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return and Exchange Policy below:

Returns

1. We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged/defected. 
2.  Returns are accepted within 36 hours of delivery only if the product is defective or damaged.
3.  To be eligible for a return, you must record an unboxing video at the time of opening the package. Returns will only be approved if this video is provided.
4. To initiate a return, please contact our team within 36 hours of delivery, sharing details of the issue along with the unboxing video.

Exchanges

1. We offer exchanges for size-related issues if reported within 24 hours of delivery.

2.For any size-related exchange, you must contact our team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

3. A replacement product will be dispatched after the original item is received and inspected.

4. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or size-mismatched product, you are eligible for a free exchange of the same product.

5. If the item is out of stock, you can make a return request , refund will be issued.

6. Only one exchange per order is allowed.

7. Exchanged products are not eligible for further return or refund.

Please note: Minor misprints or slight color differences from website images are not considered defects.

Exchange Process

1. Contact our team at carenedhaaga@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery to request an exchange.

2. We will provide you with the return address for the exchanged item.

3. Securely pack the product and ship it back at your cost.

4. Please include a note with your name, order number, and the required size for the exchange

Order Cancellations

Incase there is an order cancellation, please do reach us before 12 hours of placing the order. Once the product is shipped ,cancellation can not be done.

Shipping charges are Non-Refundable once the order is dispatched. if cancelled  post shipping, Rs.180 will be deducted from the order value.

Exclusions

1. Orders placed under promotional offers such as Flat Store Discounts, Buy 1 Get 1 Free, or bundled deals involving free products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. Customers must provide accurate bank account details for refunds. Nedhaaga is not liable for errors in these details that lead to failed or misdirected refunds.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for Return shipping charges for exchanged items

Delivery Timeline

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days  after the original product is received.

Delivery time is estimated between 7–15 working days, depending on your location.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned item is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 3–7 working days.

Inspection & Approval

1.Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.

2.Once the return is approved, we will provide the return address.

3.Return shipping is the customers responsibility.

4. If approved ,we will process the exchange and ship the correct size to you.

Non Exchangeable Items

1. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in there original condition with tags attached to be eligible for exchange.
