Shipping policy

Nedhaaga is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except , Sundays & Public holidays.

DOMESTIC-

1. Our prices are all inclusive of taxes such as GST.

2. Orders are processed within 2-5 working days and dispatched within 7-15 working days as per your location.

3.Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Once the order is placed you will not be able to change the  delivery address.

4. It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

5.Please do not accept damaged and tampered packages.

6. Tracking number will be provided on the given email ID. Kindly track the order on your end. If due to some reason the Tracking parcel shows delivered and you have not received the parcel please inform us within 24 Hours and we will look into the matter. Post  that timeframe, we will not be able to assist you.
